The prize in the “Folk Souvenir” competition

On January 25, 2023, the awarding of the winners of the “People’s Souvenir” competition, held within the framework of the “Samobranka” project, took place in Moscow. More than 200 crafts and artisans from different regions of Russia competed for prizes in three categories. The winners were determined by online voting, as well as the assessments of a competent jury.

A set of porcelain candies from the Gzhel Porcelain Factory took the third place in the nomination “The most recognizable souvenir”. Now a memorable gift from the organizers will take its rightful place in our museum!
