Delivery to the regions of Russia is carried out by transport companies: SDEK, PEC, Zheldorexpedition, Business Lines.

Payment for the order must be made within 5 banking days from the date of invoice. In case of late payment, the order is disbanded. The shipping cost is paid upon receipt of the order.

The items you ordered will be well packaged. When forming an order, the quality of the goods and packaging is monitored.

The procedure if the damaged goods arrived:

  1. Before signing the delivery certificate, open the box strictly at the post office or in the presence of a courier.
  2. If a damaged item is found in the box, be sure to record it on your phone’s video. Take a close-up of the transport labels.
  3. Draw up an act of damage to the goods in form No. 51 in the presence of a postal worker or courier, and take their signature.
  4. Send a photo of the act with video materials to seller@farfor-gzhel.com

Important! Claims regarding the shortage, damage or replacement of an attachment in a postal item are made by the user at the time of receipt of the postal item at the post office, or in the presence of a courier. This claim must be recorded by the postal worker with an official act of autopsy, on the basis of which a departmental investigation is conducted to determine the nature of the damage to the attachment and the amount of damage incurred.
