Throughout December, Sea, Signora will be serving a special winter dessert on hand-painted plates made by the masters of the Gzhel Porcelain Factory as part of a pre-New Year collaboration.

Delicate patterns, fabulous plots, graceful shapes — the main seafood restaurant in St. Petersburg, Sea, Signora, and the Gzhel Porcelain Factory, which is almost 200 years old, have started an intriguing business. On the eve of perhaps the most magical holiday of the year, two projects launched a beautiful collaboration in the colors of winter: white and blue.

Throughout December, the Sea, Signora restaurant will feature exquisite plates made from traditional porcelain and decorated with hand-painted cobalt by the masters of the Gzhel Porcelain Factory, specifically for the New Year’s Eve story. The visual aesthetic will be complemented by a gastronomic aesthetic: exclusive plates with fabulous winter themes will be served with an original dessert from the pastry chef of Fresa’s Restaurant Group, Alena Ofitserova. By the way, it is also in the seasonal range: the novelty is a magical blue and white cube with berries and rosemary. Why is it magical?
