Lemon set at the GARDA restaurant on dishes from the Gzhel Porcelain Factory

On March 31, the Italian restaurant Garda and the Gzhel Porcelain Factory will launch a lemon
menu dedicated to the Day of Oranges and Lemons. Over the course of 2 weeks, guests can
taste 4 dishes and 2 drinks inspired by the main citruses of the Amalfi
coast. The dishes will be served on limited-edition tableware from the Gzhel Porcelain
Factory.

For appetizers, fresh scallops with olive oil, grapefruit sauce and lemon (1450
rub.). For hot dishes, spaghetti with langoustines and spinach (2200 rub.). For a bright flavor
right before serving, they are sprinkled with lemon zest. For dessert, you can order a tartlet
(690 rub.) with lemon curd and burnt meringue or “Lemon” (790 rub.) with a sweet
center of Uzbek lemons, creamy yuzu ganache and white chocolate icing.
In the lemon menu you can also try an aperitif and digestif. To start the evening –
refreshing and sweet-sour “Limoncello Spritz” (890 RUB) based on limoncello,
sparkling wine and soda, and to finish – homemade limoncello (500 RUB) according to the
classic recipe.

Specially for the collaboration, the Gzhel Porcelain Factory has released a series of tableware with
depictions of lemons and oranges. Additional color accents were azure-
blue and green – a favorite combination of the Mediterranean palette.
A careful attitude to traditions is what united Garda and the Gzhel Porcelain
Factory. Garda Restaurant has been offering guests traditional Italian cuisine for more than 2 years
in a classic interior and atmosphere of restrained luxury, and the Gzhel Porcelain
Factory has been producing the famous Gzhel porcelain with hand-painted decorations since the 19th century. Garda
